After a scorching hot morning at the park with her wee friends, Lila and I headed back to the car, only to be greeted with temperatures that, to describe as inhumane, would be the understatement of all understatements. As this tends to be a rather frequent occurrence in summertime GA, we've instated a car re-entry ritual of sorts: I open all the windows, set the AC on deep freeze and let Lila sit in the passenger seat with the vents all gunning for her flushed little face. This is generally accompanied by the consumption of icy cold water from mommy's thermos (because my water always seems to taste better than hers...) and some pretty sweet chair dancing. Good times :)
